Covid & Tigers

#ClimbtheTrees

My third child had to quarantine the longest. He continued to be exposed to each COVID-positive family member, but for an entire month he never tested positive, either for the virus or for antibodies.

So we did “quarantine school.”

One afternoon, while I was waiting for him to finish several long division problems, this tiger prowled through the jungle in my sketchbook.

“I wish we could go there,” he said. “Although, we might get eaten.”

Me too, buddy. We’ll just have to climb the trees.
